Nothing special, disappointment for me
Nope. What you get is not what you will expect. Embroidery is twice smaller than on advertisement video. Colors on the garment are very dark, so overall doesn’t look that pretty as on the advertisement. Delivery was relatively fast though.

This is ridiculous
This is ridiculous, order a month ago and it’s still not been shipped. They lost my customisation details and blamed me for not putting them in when I ordered but then they admitted it was their error due to the website being busy. Then was repeatedly told across multiple emails that it would be shipped within 24 hours. Still, nothing has been shipped. I get offered a 10% refund when I receive the goods. If I ever receive them ! Go somewhere else, find a different company because this one has done nothing but mess me about

I was nervous about photo embroidery
