Love their products. I have the t5/6 seat covers for my van which I love and wanted to purchase some for my friend as a present, S+S went over and above to sort some out for me! Highly recommend!

I love this company, quality products and quality service….however I was gifted the inflatable mattress for Xmas and just took it over Easter for its first use. It was very comfy and solves a lot of the discomfort issues with R&R beds, however packing away, honestly destroyed me!

I saw from previous reviews and S&S acknowledge it never goes away as small as first use so in preparation I purchased a small pump to deflate and remove more air than I could manually. But this mattress is impossible to get packed away & to get anywhere near the bag provided, the bag has now ripped and I will have to go and buy something to store it in. I’ve got no issues that it won’t pack tiny again but disappointed and frustrated that S&S know this is an issue yet won’t factor this into the storage bag, this is an expensive product so just give the customer a bag that fits for the re-pack.

I am a well seasoned camper / van go’er so know that I’m not being daft, I’ve packed air beds & roll mats for years. Im genuinely considering going back to the panda topper & never putting my myself though the faff of packing this away again. S&S you can do better than this…sort a decent practical bag to store & compress!

I tried reaching out via the “Chat with us” option on the website and left my email address, but I never received a response to my question. They put a lot of effort into looking popular with their videos, but their customer service is really disappointing.

I’ve used the company a bunch of times and recommend them all the time. The products are great. I think the balance between practicality, price and build quality is bang on, and they always look awesome. I’ve only had one issue with a product and it was sorted out in record time and with excellent service. Special thanks to Vix for all the help recently - helping me buy a product no longer on the site!

We had seen their products on other vans, so wanted to get a windscreen cover. Great and easy to use website. Item arrived well packaged, with some nice freebies. The quality of the cover and the bag it comes in is extremely good value for money. Beautiful item which we will be proud to show off on our next camping trip. I had to contact customer service about an issue with a t shirt we purchased, but they contacted me quickly and rectified it and were so lovely in their contact aswell. Best customer service I have had in a long time. A joy to deal with. Will definitely be buying more products in the future.

I ordered a few items from S+S from their November sale. Had a few issues with delivery and an awning rail having marks on it. They were quick to respond and promptly sent out another, with some free gear.
Haven’t fitted the awning rail or use the awning yet- so can’t comment on that. But overall so far good customer service.

Great product, much better quality than rivals. Excellent communication throughout, well packaged and i received a free gift.
I will be using stitch and steel again for my campervan products, highly recommended

Ordered a tarp awning from S+S first one arrived and went missing couriers fault got in touch with S+S by email the following morning and they were very professional in sorting a replacement for me which I've received and they couldn't of been more apologetic for the first going missing. I highly recommend S+S and i wont hesitate in purchasing more gear from them
