Stitchin' Heaven Opiniones

Customer service spent extra time with me in an attempt to change payment method even though we were all unsuccessful.

When I made a mistake they took care of it. Very helpful and good quality fabric. I will do another, but life got in the way and I'm behind on finishing.

I had ordered a BOM four days before Valentine's Day. On Valentine's Day the registration fee was dropped to $1. Since I am a senior on a fixed income I requested the difference between the registration fee I had paid and $1, realizing they did not have to do that. Gracei Smith was wonderful. She sent me an email saying she would credit the difference. I have dealt with Stitchin' Heaven for years and their customer service has always been great. Their BOMs are so unique and I have always enjoyed dealing with Stitchin' Heaven. I would give them 10 stars if they were available.

They had the fabric I needed and there was quick shipping.

I like to choose stitching Heaven for block of the month programs. If I make a slip they are helpful and kind.

Great service and amazing inventory.

I got exactly what I needed and the delivery time armed reasonable. Thanks!

Website easy to use and find what I was looking for.

This is going to be so much fun to quilt, can't wait.

Revived my package today. I am so excited to put it all together. My granddaughter is 14 and she loves “sweet tea” and when I saw this kit I had to make it for her. Will be for her Christmas present this year.

Your cruises are great! Love them! However your customer service on orders for me has been awful! I am still waiting on items I ordered and have not had any communication about it in a long time. I actually forgot about it until I saw an email from you about cruses. I am not even sure of what ordered but apparently it is on back order. . I am glad it was a gift certificate so at least I am not out any money. Last I heard was there was a big storm but that is over now.

I have completed 3 Block of the Month quilts. The instruction were clear, the fabrics are high quality and I consistently received support when I got stuck. Thank you Stitchin’ Heaven!

Have had good experiences with Stitchin' Heaven. They have treated me very good. There products are of great quality. Kits are great and they are complete and easy directions.

Hard to connect when there is a problem. First issue not fixed and now I have a second issue. Now I remember why I quit doing business with them

Fast and speedy delivery. Received in excellent condition.

Beautiful fabric, it made my quilt

Received my fabric order faster than I expected.
