I have to say for a free service with such a nieche use it hasn't disappointed, even amongst a complete site meltdown during the Ps5 release day madness.

I could only use Very.co.uk and so far only the digital edition had appeared and gone. I'd lost hope until a stock informer alert popped up on my mobile with a direct link to the Ps5 on Very. 2 minutes later I'd secured a console and there was still no sign of it on their main site.

I can genuinely say that without this alert there's no way I would have a PS5 on the way before Christmas and I couldn't be more thankful, amazing for a free service and still can't believe the alert made it whilst all others failed (discord etc), not even the main site would load.

I just wanted to thank you for your help today.

I tried to buy a PS5. One website had nothing, another crashed, another froze and the last one actually removed the product from its site while I was trying to buy it.

It was a harassing start to the day after a harassing few weeks trying to pre-order one. At one point I was told that there were nearly a quarter of a million people in front of me in the queue to even access a website.

Then you sent me a text message, I clicked the link and bought one. It was all very straightforward!

Honestly i would give them 6 stars if I could. Helped me massively with the ps5, for that I would like to say thank you to the whole stock informer team.

Brilliant. If it wasn't for you guys I wouldn't have my Series X on order. Got an alert through telegram, link took me to the website and I managed to get one. Will definitely be using again. The stock was on Very, which sold out within 3 minutes. The alert came through as soon as the stock became available.

I was looking for a Xbox Series X. I went to Stock Informer. I got text alerts through the Telegram app. Got my Xbox for my daughter for Christmas no problems. When you get the alerts you have to act fast.

Great website especially at the moment when next gen consoles are in high demand but low supply. Set up alerts relevant to what you're looking for and you are good to go.

Awful, stressful experience purchasing an item using Stock Informer. I highly recommend you to look elsewhere and avoid this website.

Also pay attention to how their "admins" speak with customers - they are NOT professional at all on the "discuss" tab. One unhappy customer was told "cancel your order then" and another told about an incident of stock being stolen from a client of theirs.

Will never use again and will never recommend to anyone.

Just works! Got a Series X a few days after launch, no need to have a million tabs open refreshing a load of different shops. Really great service.

Couldn’t recommend this company more, really allowed me to relax during these times of low stock for many products including the elusive next gen consoles, informed with a ten minute window to secure a Xbox series x no hassle in and out, don’t even know why I stressed out trying to secure the console with these guys on the for front of it

Signed up to recieve alerts on PS5, after resetting my password no less than 5 times it keeps telling me my login details are incorrect. My verdict is this is a fake site. Stay away.
