Out of stock but take your money
Ordered a coat for over £100 brand new without tags. Took my money then emailed me saying sorry its cancelled and out of stock but wait 5 working days for a refund. Why???? Hiw about i come take your money/ stock and say oh don't worry il return it in 5 days. If it's not avaliable don't advertise it!!

I understand that this situation is frustrating, but I want to clarify what happened. As a smaller, independent business, we rely on third-party platforms, and unfortunately, we ran into a technical issue that caused a stock error with your order. We informed you as soon as we were aware of the issue and immediately apologized.
The refund was processed straight away, and if it’s taking a few days to appear in your account, that’s due to your bank’s processing time, not us. We even offered a discount for the inconvenience, as a gesture of goodwill, but it seems that may have been overlooked.

Customer service is really good and prompt response but Hoodie is damaged piece and looks like used piece. Ordered small but expanded like large and has all knots over all jumper. Not at all happy as it was my daughters Christmas present giving only 3 stars.
