Well, I finally received my model! And I must say it was worth the wait.
I’m still docking them a star for slow delivery.

It is not possible to give a good review when there is no product. This is the slowest delivery ever!
Tracking sucks. Says it’s in Hong Kong. UPS is awaiting item.

For customer support they are excellent as are their products, especially the finish. They replied quickly to all my questions and the possible solutions.
All round a first class experience.

I bought the un assembled manta ray as a gift for an engineer friend. He was very impressed with the quality and design, and had a lot of fun piecing it together. The instructions are clear and easy to follow, and the box is very well made keeping all the small parts secure. The delivery tracking didn’t update till near when it arrived, but it did in the end, after a week or so.
It’s a great product, I hope one of my friends buys one for me ;)

Delighted as delivery swift and in time for Christmas. My hubby was delighted, presentation excellent, craftsmanship excellent and a very happy man building your beautiful model , thank you so much it made his day. He’s now talking about other models to build and collect.

Overall, this was a solid build, though I would have liked more parts to mess around with. Most of the pieces fit perfectly, with the only exceptions being the two switch controllers—they didn't quite line up with the screw holes.

​The quality is top-notch, though. The parts feel tough and well-made. I haven't seen a white armor finish like this on any other model; it’s smooth and luxurious, almost like a car's paint job. Very nicely done!
​And the breathing light? Absolutely fabulous. It makes the model look like a glowing metal art sculpture on my shelf.

​I’m giving this a solid 4 stars (I’d give it a 4.5 if I could), mostly because the noise coming from the motor driving the tentacles. The included hex screwdriver also isn't magnetic—not a big deal, but it would have made the assembly a lot smoother.

​I definitely have my eye on the Blue Whale and Manta Ray kits next, but with those price tags, I’ll have to wait a bit! 😊

Quick delivery with tracking and excellent products.

I ordered the specific tool set along with the model. It would be obvious why. The model arrived and the tool set did not. One week after the model
Arrived, still no tool set. I had to email and send reminder so set arrived around 10 days later. So that was an absolute waste of money. I used other tools to build
