Booked Stonebank as they were price competitive with the airport taxi's who with a discount were more expensive. Rang the head office for clarity and spoke with an operator who was very helpful and informative. Driver on our arrival phoned and guided us to his pick up area and was friendly and helpful. Driver on return journey didn't speak or engage with us other than to say Hello.

Fantastic service! Our driver contacted us when our flight landed af Edinburgh Airport and asked if we knew the airport at all. We didn't! He gave us directions to a coffee shop in the airport where he kindly said he would meet us. What a service!! We would definitely book with you again & highly recommend you to others. Many thanks.

Great service arrived exactly on time for both our journeys would definitely use again for piece of mind

Great response when I suggested I might have to cancel at short notice, very active management of the booking, I had all the details of the driver in advance, the driver was excellent and adjusted to the flight delay on the return trip, making sure he met me to guide me through the construction site that passes for Edinburgh airport.

We flew up to Scotland for a family funeral. We used Stonebank Travel and the booking system was very easy to follow. On the date Majid our driver was exceptional. He communicated with us as there were alterations at the airport and he could not collect us from the normal place. He then drove us over to Falkirk and was a great source of knowledge and fun. He even took us to a Costa so we could get a coffee.

All in all both Stonebank and Majid were superb.

I would highly recommend using them in the future.

We booked with Stonebank to transfer our family from Glasgow Airport to our home in Edinburgh. Service was flawless from booking to providing driver info on pickup and then messaging and actual pickup. Sounds simple but very rarely do these services provide quality at this level, would definitely use again.

Stonebank is so easy to work with and when my plans changed at the last minute requiring me to significantly shorten my trip, they provided a refund of my money. But most importantly they were so pleasant about the whole process. Wonderful people.

Excellent service from Stonebank travel, most especially from Jimmy who was extremely helpful and reassuring when I realised the time confirmed in my booking was not the time I needed my airport transfer. He was very courteous and sorted the problem very efficiently, making sure our transfer was booked at the desired time. Our driver too was on time and very helpful. I highly recommend Stonebank Travel; they are trustworthy, professional, and great value! My friend and I were picked up at Oban by Brian, who reassured us that we could try out the seafood stall before we took the journey back to Glasgow. The journey itself was relaxing and enjoyable, with Brian being a great tour guide! I hope to visit Scotland again and I shall definitely use Stonebank again.
