Bad service. Corporate disregard for people with hidden disabilities
The service at the San Diego Airport location is awful and Stone Brewing Company has to take 95% of the blame. It's a systemic ignorance by the company itself that causes the problem.
The staff assumes that the QR code ordering system is working and so they don't pay attention to customers, even within 5 minutes of the customer's arrival. There should at least be acknowledgement within a minute or two when the restaurant is not very busy.
Stone Brewing Company assumes that the QR code system and the QR code label on the table are working flawlessly. Stone Brewing Company assumes that there is no issue with a customer's phone that prevents using the QR code.
Most importantly, Stone Brewing Company is 100% IGNORANT of the fact that there are many people with hidden DISABILITIES, that make QR code ordering systems difficult to use and prone to error.
The food is good, the service poor, and the company totally oblivious to people with visible and invisible disabilities.
