I was recommended Laura as a mortgage advisor who first thing she had to do was provide some paperwork in less than 24 hours after my previous mortgage advisor had refused. Not only did she complete that task, she then went above and beyond to find the ONE mortgage that was available and allowed me to keep my home. I would not be typing this now from my living room if not for her tenacity and dedication. She is the advisor who badgers companies, solicitors and myself when I forgot something, to get things done and she always contacted me each time keeping me informed. I saved her number in my phone as “Laura the mortgage hero”, that should say it all. If a big pile of problems builds up she munches through them in no time.

We had a great experience with Laura Barrett, who helped us to successfully buy our first home. From the initial phonecall, Laura was warm, personable and helpful. She clearly explained information required and was really responsive in answering my questions- and I had a lot!
More than anything though, she made the whole process a pleasant one and took the 'fear' away for us. We'd seen a couple of mortgage advisors previously who made getting a mortgage sound painful and doom and gloom due to one of us being self employed, this had actually put us off even trying previously!
