I am writing to share my positive experience with Store N Lock in Gypsum, CO. And Rebecca.

Rebecca is truly a rock star who takes excellent care of the location. She is incredibly helpful and consistently communicates updates regarding our account. Her knowledge of storage sizes, products, and services is impressive. Furthermore, Rebecca shows genuine compassion for her customers and their specific situations.

Rebecca is the primary reason we continue to use and recommend Store N Lock in Gypsum, CO

They are all owned by the same terrible company. There is supposed to be a 5-day grace period to pay rent. I received a lockout notice on 4/2/25 because I hadn't made a payment yet. On 4/3/25 they charged my credit card without my consent. I am not on auto pay. I am on social security and don't always have money in my account on the 1st. I believe this is a criminal act.

The ownership had changed approx. 10 months ago. Although buildings were painted, lot was paved and one security camera installed, many issues have caused concerns. These issues have been discussed numerous times with customer service and the owner as well. At first, we were valued as customers and now our concerns apear to be a nuisance to the point that our rent has been raised 3 times in 1 year. Safety concerns include:
*Snow mounds inhibiting the gate to pause halfway causing non- entrance or exit at times.
*Snow over hang causing " avalanche" when door is opened.
* Lot is not plowed or salted causing door blockage or ice rink. Not able to access unit.

Maintenance issues include:
* Door lever will not close causing unit to be improperly locked.
* Rubber stripping (to be replaced in summer 2024) has not been addressed. Most units have either damaged stripping or lack of.
* Lack of stripping has caused water damage (power washing) and debri
(paving/weather) in unit.
* Particles from ceiling are found on items.
*Doors on back side do not open.
* Keypad at entrance does not always work.

I have numerous photos to confirm.
All these items have been reported. No response.

THE STOR N LOCK IN RANCHO CUCAMONGA SHOULD NOT BE USED TO STORE YOUR BELONGINGS. I HAD SEVERAL THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WORTH OF MERCHANDISE STOLEN FROM THIS FACILITY. THEY SAY ITS SAFE TO STORE WITH THEM, BUT MY UNIT AND SEVERAL OTHER UNITS WERE BROKEN INTO. RUTH THE MANAGER ACTUALLY ADMITTED TO OPENING MY UNIT SEVERAL TIMES AND EVEN SETTING MY UNIT DOOR ALARM OFF. SHE REFUSED TO LET US LOOK AT THE SERVALANCE CAMERAS TO SEE WHO COULD OF BROKEN INTO ALL OF OUR UNITS. SHE ALSO REGUSED TO GIVE US MANAGEMENT/OWNERS CONTACT INFO SO WE COULD LET THEM KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON AT THIS FACILITY. DO NOT RENT FROM STOR N LOCK. NOT SAFE AT ALLLLL.

When our youngest child was born, we needed an extra room for a nursery, so the boxes all came out of our "storage room" and went into STOR-N-Lock. We suddenly had a lot more room in the house than I realized, and it was pretty easy to access all of our things still with the automatic gates at the storage facility. The managers were also kind and helpful, and I never had any problems in three years of storing there. We are now moving out of state, so hopefully I will be able to find another location on par with my experience.
