Friendly and very efficient
I called the website to reserve a spot for a trailer. The agent was very friendly, efficient and even had time to ask how the weather was in my part of this wonderful country of ours. Two thumbs up. I then received a call from the manager of the storage location to confirm move in date. This also was a great experience. The icing is... I was given a really good rental rate.

Life Saver!!!
I called in the midst of a storage crisis this morning and Lisa saved the day. She was kind, compassionate, and understanding. She found me a new storage place that would fit my need rather than leave me hanging as my previous one did. I'm so grateful for storage.com and Lisa.

Fast and Easy
While I did not get data from all the storage sites in the area, I got enough to quickly find storage in the location, size and price range I was looking for in minutes. I followed that up with a reservation and a price quote.

Quick and simple
Although the storage listing I saw online was not available, the customer service rep/operator on the phone found me another storage listing in the size and price range that I wanted--and it was at a closer location. I was able to reserve the storage space (5x10, upper lvl) for free. This was all done in about 5 min.
