An excellent service

An excellent service, great customer care from James and the team, the site is easy to find, clean and accommodating, they hold details of 'Man with a Van' services. Would recommend Storage Giant.

Storage Giant , Cardiff

Simon (and his colleague - I had to phone a few times and they were very patient) was super helpful today. I had alternative dates to try to arrange and had to keep changing due to other logistical pressures for me. Very clear pricing explanation and explanation of insurance and notice reqd. Everything I needed to know. Thanks for your help.!

So easy to arrange storage

So easy to arrange storage. Very simple system and Will (staff) really helpful made the process quick and straightforward. Good choice of size of storage units and a current special offer at the moment!

Great Storage Unit and Staff

Served by Mark and Johnny - have had a great service each time I’ve come to the unit. Would definitely use this storage unit again. Easy to get the unit, and very helpful and friendly staff. Thank you.
