I called in, and the staff at Storage Giant got it sorted in less than 20 minutes. I've not actually moved anything in yet, but I couldn't be more pleased with the service I've received thus far. I spoke to Simon over the phone; he was an absolute legend and incredibly helpful. Overall, I only have positive things to say about the staff and their responsiveness.

The whole process was very smooth. Rhys and Ross, both were very helpful in the Cardiff branch.

I recently rented a storage space with Storage Giant Cardiff for 12 weeks, and the entire experience has been excellent. I started the process online and was assisted by Ross, who has been fantastic throughout. He took the time to understand my requirements, recommended the right space, and guided me smoothly through every step of the process. Everything was seamless and stress-free. I’m very grateful for his help, truly outstanding service.

I really didn’t know what to expect with this service as I have never needed to use storage of this nature before.
I am moving house in my own and my next house is not ready yet so need to store my household items for 3 months.

I am apprehensive of doing this but Rikkey Kassilingam really put my mind at rest. He talked me through my options giving me choices and guiding me as to the best path to take. He explained the services provided by Storage Giant and what flexibility I would have in the arrangement.
I was also given a springtime offer which was 50% discount so I was very happy with the customer service and sales I received today from Rikkey. My deposit has been paid and I am now looking forward to the next chapter of my life.

Great service from Storage Giant Bridgend. The team there are really helpful, the prices are competitive and the standard of the facility is really good. The only downside is the lack of 24 hour access.

I made an enquiry online for a storage unit and got a follow up call from Simon, we confirmed how much I would be storing at the unit to confirm the best size and then he gave me my options for time and how much each would cost. He was very polite throughout the conversation and was clearly knowledgeable about the units, we discussed some concerns I had and he put my mind at ease, honestly he made my experience great. Fully recommend.
