We were given a great rate and the use of the van saved us time and money.
Operations at the site went well on arrival and departure.
All round good experience and have recommended to other people.

Very disappointed, we arrived at the site approx 5.25pm and there was no one on site to let us into our booked unit. I rang and texted the Mbl number there was no answer, I tried the office no number, we waited around in the hope someone would come to our rescue. They didn’t do had to find alternative storage. We had no time to waste as we were flying out that evening and left the storage for last.. there was no communication until the following morning… very disappointing

All is good except one thing, LIGHTS. Whats the point of closing at 10pm and you can't see. It's a wish that may be one day it willcometrue. 😕

My first time using a storage facility so I can not make any comparisons but overall I was happy with what they offered. I would use them again

Storage King Onehunga went our of their way to accommodate me. Professional, friendly. I couldn't oversee the removal of my furniture. I'd even forgotten to leave a key to the unit. They facilitated the removal of my unit contents with the moving company seamlessly AND lent me a trolley dolly.

Super easy to organize storage. No hassle to cancel

I'm happy 😊 with the service I received from the Onehunga Site Manager - he helped me with filling in the forms etc, as I'm not very good at filling in forms online.

It would be marvelous if there are trolleys available for customers to move their stuffs into & out of their storage space (like what they had at Panmure Storage King in 2019 when I was a customer there). Then I would give this 5 stars.

My first contact, with Storage King New Lynn, was so bad that I didn’t want to do business with Storage King at all. Between poor communication, a very rude sales rep and the fact he overcharged me for boxes and then wasn’t going to fix his mistake - I couldn’t be any unhappier with the service.
Then I heard back from Storage King in Onehunga. Their service is excellent and they are not only helpful but accommodating as well. And the great service is from all the staff at Onehunga. Changed my mind about storing my belongings with Storage King because of the great service at Onehunga. Congrats guys! I now recommend the Onehunga Storage facility to anyone who needs to store something!

Yet another excellent experience I have had with storage king onehunga. I have used storage here in the past and find using storage here has been a peice of mind for me and trustworthy staff who have been helpful & knowledgeable. Hence the reason why I have not gone anywhere else each time I have been wanting storage.

Great service and communication. Easy site access.

No issues with storage king however the on line mock up re space was really wrong and we had to go to a bigger one, but otherwise very helpful courteous staff and successful storage

The booking day went okay, however we weren't given an access code to get in the Onehunga facility, and the storage unit was locked. Rang helpdesk, they phoned SK people and Andrea was very helpful. She generated an access code and gave approval 4 green SK padlock to be cut off. Biggest praise 4 helpdesk and Andrea but let down by Onehunga site staff :(
