I’m absolutely shocked at the storage…
I’m absolutely shocked at the storage we were given compared to the ones depicted online. The roof looks see through and falling down, and it’s dingy and smelt of mould.

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. If there was a 0 star option I would select it. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They couldn't even get my move in date correct or my code to work for over a week! This resulted in me taking time off work and when I mentioned this to them and brought it to their attention I received no compensation and no apology. Lack of professionalism and customer care. Best to take your business elsewhere.

I can’t remember the fellows name at the call centre but he was so helpful and Kerry at Airport West went way and beyond to help me find the right size storage room to accommodate my furniture.

they made it very easy!
I thought the idea of storing my furniture would be daunting and hard work. It wasn’t!
Storage king loaned me a truck for free! - and the loading / unloading system they have is very easy
They made the whole process simple and I would definitely recommend them.
