Was pretty painless to setup - friendly staff member
But due to family tragedy 3 days after sign up - did not use, not even a lock on door - but not even an offer of part refund since it was within a week of signing up

On my first visit to the Bassendean Centre, Conrad was very helpful in assisting me with my unit selection and showing me around the complex. The complex is kept very clean and suits my requirements well.

Pretty new to Storage King and only in my second month coming up. My experience when arranging the storage unit was met with professionalism, friendly and very accommodating. Having not seen the storage units and only did so on the day that I arranged to pack my stuff I must say I was very impressed at how clean everything was and that for me is a big plus.....
