Good to deal with
On the website, I found the short video on how to pack very helpful and got us started. When I phoned the office, John was great with his suggestions and able to have the prices to hand and left a message on file as to our requirements for other staff.
I found all persons in the office to be helpful and knew what was required.
I would certainly recommend Storage King when the occasion arises

I gave Storage King Australia Castle Hill 5 Stars - Because of the price, the storage is very clean, handy location to where I live and the friendliness and courteous manner of the staff (Shannon you the best). She was able to clarify the cost and show us the place with no issue. I will recommend this company to anyone with no hesitation. Keep up the good work Shannon!!.

Andy could not have made the process of securing a second locker after we realised we needed more space any more pain free. Absolute pleasure to deal with and would recommend to anyone!! 5 star service isn’t close to enough stars for customer service!
