We like the staff and that the facility is new and clean. It is also well situated being close to Bunnings and Woolworths so we can combine storage with shopping!

Quality of access
I am terribly disappointed that on the day when I moved my furnitures etc to Storage King, there was a power failure and as a result, I have to pay my removalists extra for the delay. Storage King should have emergency power supply to ensure that their customers have access to their facilities at all times.
As a result of this experience, I will not recommend them to friends and relatives.

Great Service/ Well maintained facility.
I have been very impressed with the management of the facility, the equipment available to move material between the car/van and the unit, and especially impressed with the friendly and very helpful service I have received.

Great Storage Choice!
Clean , well ventilated facilities, helpful and very professional staff. The location and the customer service helped us choose where we store our furniture while renovating. Very happy with choice thus far.

Very accommodating team
Very accommodating team, had to downsize storage at the last minute and they accommodated this request without question. Facility is clean and dry. This is the third time I have used them.
