My customer service contact Erin, was fabulous.Erin responded to my initial enquiry promptly and when I popped in to review and sign up with Storage King her induction to the facility was clear and concise.T & C's clearly outlined.

Extremely efficient
Extremely efficient, staff member gave me a quote for storage straight away. Service from the staff at Cheltenham was very good they explained the process in detail Andrew the storage area was clean with trolleys toilets washroom etc
Really happy with our requirements to put our items in a well managed storage area.

i don’t understand why we have to buy our own lock. why can’t they all have combo lock so all you do is change the combo on the lock

Moving made easy
The whole experience of moving and storing our daughters excess
furniture etc after moving out of her rental property was made very easy. Storage King provided all equipment needed eg moving truck
etc and we found the facility to be spotless and secure.
Recommended.

Highly recommended
Moved to Storage King Cheltenham from another storage company. Service from Erin was extremely professional, no hidden extras. They offer a three ton truck you can use on a mileage basis, very spacious under cover loading and unloading bay, modern trolleys. And all at a good price having shopped the competition.
