Not having used a storage facility before I was very impressed with the professionalism of Fred who was extremely kind and very helpful. This service followed through to the lovely lady at reception as well. Very impressed and will recommend Storage King to family and friends.👍 Thank you.

Had my storage there for a cpl of days…
Had my storage there for a cpl of days and paid in full at start at start but wasn't happy not to receive some kinda money back being a cpl of days of storage and not using the whole month

I’ve been happy with my storage box. The only negative for me is I have to climb the stairs up and down to keep an eye on the shifters and make sure their not slacking off.lol There should be lifts for users.

My first meeting with the Staff at Cleveland Storage King was both informative & very easy...the process was fully & clearly explained with all enquiries answered promptly & thoroughly. Spending money is never that much fun, but I left with a sense of having gotten value for my money. Highly recommend the facility & staff.
