Michelle and Kim are the best. From the time I walked in to the Cranbourne store until the time I got my storage unit, they where both so helpful, from choosing boxes bubble wrap clothes boxes, lock and key, everything I needed with no stress at all. A big thank you to both. Would highly recommend if anyone is looking for storage.

My all round experience has been great. I reserved the unit over the phone, unit was ready on the day I wanted, and the office staff are exceptional (wonderful) and professional. No complaints at all!
