Staff very helpful but disappointed…
Staff very helpful but disappointed that the unit we paid for was not available when we went to put our belongings in there . Someone else had taken it . I think it would have been a nice gesture to not make our payment from the date we booked the unit but from the actual day we put things in there as they had not kept our unit available for us . Not our fault .

It is the first time I have ever used a storage facility so had no idea what size I needed - the guys were so awesome at helping me estimate.
