Experienced, well-informed staff at the Breakwater Geelong facility made the whole process of choosing a storage room and moving house less stressful. Both Chris and Bindi were extremely helpful over the phone. And when we visited the facility for a pre-inspection, Chris, the manager, was very flexible in his approach and easy to work with. He was generous with his time and gave us a tour of the facility, patiently answered all our questions and offered great advice prior to us signing a contract. He also recommended experienced removalists. Chris' wonderful customer service has continued after we signed the contract. He has made himself readily available to answer questions and offer advice.

Only storage place to have a unit available in the size I needed. Staff very helpful and explained clearly how it all worked. Received regular updates and information via email and unit was clean and easy to access

Very happy with the service we have received from Storage King. Chris and John are on the ball, and even helped recommend the best unit for our needs. We compared to another local storage provider and found Storage King to be the best for price and availability. The access is also very good. John was so busy the morning we came to hire a unit but he took the time to look after us and Chris was always following us up to make sure we had what we needed.
