Staff at Storage KING Granville was very helpful and great to talk to. Facilities and the cleaness of the premises is the best I've seen for a storage unit. Very impressed with the App System to access entry & exit to the place and unit.

Ashleigh at Granville branch made the entire transaction an easy and smooth experience. She was extremely helpful and professional. Thanks to her amazing service! Would highly recommend.

Steve and Ash at the Granville branch are marvellous to deal with and went out of their way to accommodate us. The facility is easy to access and can cater for different needs.

It was should be a very good encounter.But now it's getting really bad！
I talked to Steve on last Saterday，and make the quotation and reservation confirmed.He is a very good guy，he let me call him on Monday and make paper work and all details done.I can move in earlier if I need to.
But now，I just feel very disappointed！
I try to contact steve on Monday but another staff pick up the phone.I thought it‘s doesn't matter，cos everything almost done on Saterday.when we went to office and try to make the contract done.We were told that the first month of free events had been cancelled and our contract could not afford this right. Even though I show her the quotation and the application was confirmed, steve also added note one month free on the quotation. I tried to explain to her and asked if there was some misunderstanding, but her attitude was very impatient. She just kept repeating it didn't show up on the system.I really don't understand if it didn't show up on the system，why I received the comfirmed email from system！？Is this our fault? Why are we being treated like this?
The reason might be that we delayed her from work. I felt sorry for that，cos we was plan to move in today and put everything into the car already,It makes us so upset. I hate to think so, but the way some of white people treat Asians is really condescending.kennards self storage staff as well.
This storage king is new built，everthing looks good，very clean and all storage come with digital lock，even it not 24 hours access，but the deal is good.I was thought I found the right place
But now，I have to cancel it and turn to other place.I think their customer service system is terrible.different staff give to you totally different service, It makes me and my partner very confused.
I hope this just my personal experience，not for all.
