Very easy to join up and we had excellent service to show us a few different sizes and explain how it works. Nice easy access and plenty of trolleys to use. Just need more carparks available inside! 👍

If you need storage and you know where to find them, you need the J team. Jess 1 and Jess 2 are straightforward, no nonsense, happy and helpful problem solvers.

I have given the company this high star rating because the staff at the Joondalup office could not have been any more helpful if they tried. I am an aged pensioner who has never had to do this type of thing before. The staff led me through the process very kindly and patiently. They talked me through all my options and found me the best deal

The staff are very helpful and accommodating - Jessica, Jess and Lynette have all been so good with everything, especially with my initial contact, getting back about storage spaces when they are available and helping me upsize to a bigger unit.
The storage facilities are clean, the trolleys are very handy and it feels safe to go there on my own with all the cameras and lighting.
I would recommend you guys to friends and family needing storage options.

First off the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and met my needs. As a pensioner the pricing was a lot better than other companies that I viewed. The actual facility was nice and clean and easy to navigate with large trolleys available to transport goods from car to unit. Very impressed.

Although I received good service and a fair price (for the first 2 months), I have to take 2 stars off for amount of personal data Storage King requires and stores, or say they require.
Store Kings prefers you to do ID verification online; you have to send pics of an ID, standard, but then you have to verify that ID with a bot live scanning your face, via your device's camera.
I can't find details on whether that scan is saved somewhere, but I would guess it is as their front office has facial recognising cameras/software.
Next time I'll just go to an oldschool business that helps me store my goods, not steal my digital soul.

The storage area is clean, there are multiple choices of trolleys available for clients, the storage sizes are large enough to hold all that we need stored, the staff are friendly, there is a public toilet available and the bonus of a Complimentary Truck for clients' use. Plus the fact that Storage King offers all this at a much cheaper rate than many others in the region.

Don’t even breathe the wrong way with these prks. They will not listen. Seized everything I own in the unit.
