Lovely staff, the check in on the IPad was a disaster though. Very expensive compared to Fort Knox where I have three units. Limited access hours which is why I won’t store long term. Premises are clean .

Staff were extremely helpful with choosing the type of storage required. Also very helpful with showing us around and using equipment available to us. The whole process was made easy

I’m really glad I made this choice of storage for my furniture. It’s convenient, clean and easy to access plus the customer service is great. Run by an efficient and well organised team.

When we first went to Storage King-Kilsyth the Girl we dealt with was lovely and helpful, she took us up to look at the storage units and explained the process to us. I went back the next morning and Jo the Manager was there and once again she was very helpful took me up again to sort which storage unit we would have and it made the process easy.

I needed to store some furniture before a move. I called Storage King and they were really helpful in helping me figure out how much room I would need, and also about their services and processes.
I borrowed the truck for the day and moved my things in. Jo and Megan were so lovely and made my stressful day far less stressful.
I have popped in and out to add things to my unit, and the process is always quick and simple.
I can't recommend them enough.

Straight forward sign up. Nice girls in the office. Easy access to storage unit and good trolleys to transport goods. The best thing is decluttering my house & knowing that our stuff is in a safe place. Thank you.

sign up time was unreasonable, my time is also valuable, and to be charged a establishment fee just rubbed salt in the wound, this is an area that needs improvement ,or i feel you will loose customers.
