The lady who served me at reception was fantastic! So friendly and thoughtful. It was my first time putting things into a storage unit and she was very helpful with explaining how everything worked.

Easy access
Easy access, cheap prices, staff are friendly, did come across an issue on mon 10th june where i followed the security in and he stoped on the corner turn and esesially blocked me in untill he had done what he wanted to do so i parked in the middle of the road and walked down to my unit. He still didnt move before i got back but the car next to him had moved so i was able to squeeze past so i could leave

Terrible service
Terrible service, mean lady, dirty facility, bugs in hallways, water stains from leaky roof, possum in the storage shed, lift was as shonky as the customer service, broken doors on shed.... Could not open All the way. Go elsewhere!

Great service and friendly stuff
Great service and friendly stuff! My first contact was over the phone and inmidiately got organised not only with the right size storage but also with a loan Truck. That i had to cancel but it was there if I needed it.😊

The facilities are boiling hot , to the point where you feel sick if you stay in there too long
There are no fans or circulation at the Kingston facilities
The site is clean and tidy , but the heat is unbearable
