We used the Storage King van to move some furniture into our storage. Van pickup went well and staff were helpful and pleasant.

Great service and facility offered by…
Great service and facility offered by Matthew and team, location of my actual storage unit was perfect, ease of access and availability of trolleys never an issue, glad I chose Lane Cove facility as weekend access not difficult at all.
Perhaps one small drawback is the limited opening hours Monday - Fridays, as when working full time can be hard to get there before closing. Alternatively Sat-Sunday access could close a bit later than currently, particularly during day light saving hours?

The Lane Cove store organised boxes
The Lane Cove store organised boxes, bags and were spot on with their estimation. Their estimate of the size of unit was also 100%. The Manager and his staff liaised with me over the phone and in person, prior to my move and on the day.The move was more positive than I could have imagined actually and ongoing access and flexibility is excellent as well as value for money also being first. Value for money, customer focus and a positive relationship were at the forefront. Thank you

Very friendly and helpful staff showing…
Very friendly and helpful staff showing me different units to suit my needs. Free use of the van to get me settled in was very useful and thanks for the guys who reversed it up to the loading bay (I could have done it but why take the risk). Also a good price for the storage.
