Great service and always trolleys available

I was going to go National Storage at Toongabbie when Sharon from King Storage at Moorebank called me on 10/12/20 and offered me the same price for 2 months of $229 pm. I accepted that and when I arrived in the morning from Brisbane to Sydney on Sat 12/12, another staff member suggested to go for an 18m2 space to cater for my furniture as that would suffice for 45 cubic metres.
I accepted her advice, however I was not happy about paying $520 pm . She said that's the best she can do as it's on ground level and that they're in demand. I had no choice but to accept it. My furniture did not arrive until Monday 14/12 -- no concession was allowed for that by Storage King however.
On Wednesday 7/1/21 ,I get a call from Storage King at Marsden Park offering a special on same space use of $327 pm for 2 months with free truck use. I explained this to George from SK at Moorebank and he said he can't reduce it from $520pm. Normal cost at SK Marsden Park is $450pm usually.
I believe I was overcharged by SK at Moorebank from the start on the basis of the sneaky promotion call in Dec and I would expect that they should rectify this by offering the same deal as SK Marsden being $327 pm for 2 months.
I'm a pensioner and finding it difficult to find accomodation and the last thing I need is to be taken advantage off by a supposedly reputable storage company . Surely they can do better than this.
