When I was in a very difficult situation (the need to move lots of storage boxes ASAP to a Storage King unit), Bec Darling went 'above and beyond' to organise a solution for me. The courier arrived quickly and the driver moved the many boxes very efficiently. I am very grateful to Bec and Michelle for resolving what was a very stressful predicament. Bec showed herself to be a positive and savvy problem-solver and a very helpful person. Many thanks from a satisfied customer.

It was the first time hiring a storage…
It was the first time hiring a storage room and was shown around and explained everything plus also what to do if something goes wrong. Put me at ease. I was also shown a storage room but it wasn’t what I expected and they showed me different ones in my price range and I didn’t feel push or on a time limit even though there was some people waiting.
Basically, they were friendly and very patient. Thank you 😊
