They are the greatest couldn’t fault them amazing humans and fantastic at their job

I rented a unit with household effects and the process was as easy as even for someone not that proficient in the use of a compute. I was emailed a connection to complete the data they required online, including payment details and whether I wished to pay on completion of the data request, or when I picked up the key - I did the later. Access to my unit was easy as well with personal codes that I generated. All over including completing my move into my unit within an hour.
Site manager Michael very helpful as was Libby in the office on the weekend when I moved in very helpful.

I can highly recommend Storage King, Rozelle for their efficiency, friendliness and willingness to help in any way possible. After an exhausting move, they made the whole process of securing all our things at the other end. The removalists were having difficulty with one of our tables which did not fit in the lift so Charlotte was able to find another storage unit on the ground floor straight away. She even minded our little dog so we could assist the removalist. The storage facility itself is very clean, dry and well it. Very impressed with their service. Thanks Michael and team.
