We had pre paid and booked a storage…
We had pre paid and booked a storage area, PRE PAID. When we arrived we were told that they did not have that size for us and all they had was smaller to stay under that cost. We already had a van full of items as we needed the storage. They asked is that ok. What option did we have. They did say there was a bigger room than what we had booked but did not offer a discount for them not having what we had pre paid for. Not good customer service.
