Storage Fee did not advise me of the administration fee over the phone.
It was only revealed when I was making my initial payment. This is deemed misleading and unethical.

Top job by Storage King Artarmon 3!
We recently needed to avail ourselves of a secure and clean storage facility close to our home, which also provided the convenience of being accessible at regular times. Customer Service from the Manager was…
Customer Service from the Manager was non existent, was not helpful at all. Was told if the shed is not suitable for your needs then there are plenty of other places down the road that you can use. This was after specifically requesting a shed with direct drive up access, all of this was confirmed via email.
