Excellent storage services and great customer service
The staff are fantastic. They have provided me with excellent customer service and I feel safe and secure with my storage. The girls at reception always greet me with a huge smile. I am very impressed. The storage itself is clean and easily accessible. There are always trolleys available. The lifts are slow but BIG!!

Positive criticism
I believe you need fans for air circulation in corridors as it gets stuffy and humid .
And a drinks machine with chocolates for people with diabetes incase they have a low.
This is positive criticism, I'm a diabetic and forgot my lollies, it was a huge challenge to get to MacDonald's so I could grab a coke to bring my sugars up.
This happened at night after office hours so I couldnt grab a drink from the office.

Clean and Convenient Storage unit
Clean storage unit, easy access with suitable parking. 24/7 access and good lighting. Very friendly staff and use of vehicle to help move boxes was a bonus
