Handy and Cost Effective
The process of booking and completing the unit was very easy and efficiently processed. The location of the Motherwell units was ideal and handy for where I live.
The units are compwtively priced as against other facilities in the area.
Using the key code entry system is very straightforward and the instructions for using the Goods Lift are clear and easy to follow.
I would have given this a 5* review with the only slight issue being on one of the visits the lift was faulty. Contact with the central office managed to resolve the issue after about 30mins. There were no further issues on all subsequent visits

Highly Recommend
I have been using Storage Vault for around a year now and have had a fantastic experience throughout. Their prices are among the most competitive I could find, offering excellent value for money.
Recently, I removed some items from storage and no longer needed my 75 sq ft unit, so I enquired about downsizing to a 25 sq ft unit. I spoke with Rachel Divers, who handled the entire process quickly and efficiently.
I had been comparing prices with other storage providers and explained that I would prefer to stay with Storage Vault rather than move my belongings elsewhere. Rachel immediately worked to find the best possible option and provided a price that simply couldn’t be beaten.
Not only did she secure a great rate, but she also found me a new unit within minutes, located in the same block as my current unit, making the move incredibly convenient.
I am absolutely delighted with the service I received and would highly recommend Storage Vault to anyone looking for short-term or long-term storage solutions.
Excellent customer service from start to finish—10/10!

Persistent access issues
Although the initial interaction with Storage Vault Paisley was good. It's now clear ongoing quality of service is sub-standard and provides little value for money. In the 3 months since signing up, admin errors and faulty equipment have prevented access during agreed hours. If convenient access is one of the selling points, then this is not what is being delivered! My advice, shop around and find a more consistently reliable alternative. There's plenty of competition in the local area.

We'd like to provide some context regarding the access issues you've experienced. The first occasion where your access code did not work was the result of an administrative error following a missed payment over a weekend. We recognised this mistake, resolved it promptly, and have since updated our internal processes to help ensure it does not happen again.
The more recent access issues are related to an intermittent fault with the keypad system supplied by our access control provider. Unfortunately, because the fault is intermittent, it has been difficult to identify the root cause. However, we want to reassure you that we have done everything possible from our side to rectify the issue and remain in regular contact with the supplier while they continue to investigate and work towards a permanent solution.
We fully appreciate that reliable access is one of the key reasons customers choose self-storage, and we understand how frustrating these issues have been. While the circumstances have been outside of our direct control, we recognise the impact they have had on your experience and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused to which we have discussed with you recently.

Helpful friendly staff and great value
Dionne was so helpful, getting started was hassle free. Facility is great, easy to access and navigate. Plenty trolleys to transport items to and from vehicles, goods lift to upper floor easy to operate. Excellent value, well maintained and secure.

Storage rental for moving home
Recently rented a unit for storage to help with the process of moving house. Made life so much easier! Spoke to Stefini who was super helpful and advised us of the right sort of size of storage we needed for our items. Facilities were clean and easy to access, we had no complaints. Would use again!

Good for long term storage.
I had my belongings in storage for a few months and they were in good condition when I retrieved them. The shed is well secured and the staff were helpful and friendly each time I interacted with them.
