WHEN I NOTICED IT WAS NOT WHAT I WANTED, CANCELED THE ORDER.
NEVER SAW THE REFUND AND THEY REFUSE TO BRING ME ANY EXPLANATION OR SOLUTION TO THIS CASE.
EVEN CONTACTED MY BANK AND THEY SAID (AND CONFIRMED WITH PROOFS) THAT ACOUSTIC SOUNDS NEVER RETURNED THE MONEY!!!
THEIR PRODUCTS ARE GREAT, BUT THEY HAVE SCAMMER’S PRACTICES.

I placed an order for 7 albums on 1/1/2026, one album was backordered and the other 6 shipped. Acoustic Sounds cancelled the 7th album without my knowledge and/or consent stating that it was discontinued. I checked their website and found that it is still available to order and confirmed this via a call with them. I asked them to add it back to the order as I had qualified for free shipping, but they said they couldn’t do it and refused to provide me with free shipping if I placed a new order for this individual album. I’m surprised at the poor customer service, especially considering that they incorrectly cancelled the 7th album while it was still available. If I order it now, I will be subject to a shipping charge that I would not have had to pay if they either left the order intact or if they added it back to the previous order. This was their mistake and they are taking zero responsibility in resolving the issue…

My credit card was hacked last year. I recently pre-ordered some records thinking the problem had been fixed but nope...credit card hacked again. Fraudulent charges started popping up 2 days later. Do not usa a credit card with this company
Charged me $21.96 to ship 3 sacds and then shipped via FedEx SmartPost. Any other store would have shipped via USPS 1st Class or Priority Mail for that kind of money. It's been 17 days and still no sign of my order.
