The watering rose is really good (thought I will need to use heat shrink around one of my watering cans for it to fit properly). I have two large watering cans and unfortunately even this one doesn't fit it so am still looking for one. My order didn't arrive after nearly two weeks, so emailed through to them. they apologised (though it was Royal Mail's fault I think) and sent out a replacement really quickly - that day in fact! I received it really quickly too.

Ordering was easy, went for standard delivery and watering can arrived within 2 days. Very pleased with the 5L watering can, well made and the rose gives an excellent spray pattern.

Very nicely designed bird feeders at a reasonable price. I damaged mine but customer service was super helpful in helping replace the broken part, was very impressed!

Arrived in good condition. I think feeding gap is a little to small to allow seed to flow freely but easy to fill. Haven't cleaned it yet but seems easy enough to do. Not flimsy so should last a few years

I contacted Etree on 26/03/24 after I snapped the holder/ locking pin on one of our feeders! An email was sent and quickly followed up by a response and after confirmation of purchase date and address the spare part was despatched, unfortunately Royal Mail have as yet not managed to deliver it after nearly 2 weeks!!

I bought their 10l watering can. It's a good item, easy to use and I like the fact that you can attach the rose to the can when you're not using it. It was delivered less than 24 hours of placing the order.

Top quality tree ties that have made my fruit trees secure in the storm. They feel strong and durable with room to expand as the trees grow.
