Told things several times that were later contradicted
I ordered 2 shirts on 28th Nov as a Xmas present.
Not arrived by 16th Dec and so I had an online chat with them and told that they must have been 'lost in the post', but the order had been raised again.
Not arrived by 20th Dec and so had a 2nd online chat; no explanation but the order raised again with 'priority' to arrive by 23rd Dec.
Not arrived by 23rd Dec so 3rd online chat; told that I should not have been told 'arrive by 23rd as the Xmas deadline had passed'. Also told that the order could not be cancelled as it had been processed at the warehouse. I then went to an LFC store in Liverpool and purchased items.
Original items still not arrived by 4th Jan so 4th online chat; I asked that the order be cancelled and my card refunded and that was done, despite being told earlier that it was not possible.
Order now in 2020 in time for Xmas 2021 or you will be disappointed!!!!!
Made an order for a hoody and diary on 25th November 2020 and received an email promising delivery within 7 days. Received nothing and emailed twice before receiving confirmation on 14th December that the items had been lost by the courier . The items were a xmas present. Received a further email stating the courier will let me know by 23rd december if they can find it!!!. Requested the order was resent on the 14th December so that it could be received in time for xmas. On the 20th December received an email stating the item would be resent. Heard nothing until 24th December. So contacted them again to be told it hadn't yet been sent!!!! Then received an email at 2pm on xmas eve to state the item had just been despatched. Never buying from this site again, really poor customer service!! Would be embarrassed to represent this store! Wrapped up the live customer chat page listing all the failings as a gift for the huge liverpool fan!

Spent a long time on web site trying to arrange delivery to another address, which is not as easy as it sounds compared to well run sites. Thought it was all sorted but no. Confirmation still came up as my address. It was a sizable order. Tried to contact customer service but no one answers. Tried email links but it is only generic answers to questions. I want to change a flipping address simple with many companies

Ordered something on 27th November for a birthday on 17th December...feel like that's ample enough notice. 2 weeks after receiving no updates on my order I chased them to find out where it was. I was told they were going to "check it was in stock". Surely they should've done this when it was ordered? I was told "it'll be in stock tomorrow and dispatched then, you'll receive an email tomorrow confirming this". I didnt receive said email so I contacted again to cancel it as I was reluctant to believe it would turn up on time now. They then email me 2 days later saying they've had to cancel the order as its not in stock! Firstly, how can they take money from people and then just hope the item is going to be in stock within a couple of weeks?? And to not contact me to inform me of this until I chased them? Theyve since explained it had quality control issues...ok so is it quality control or is it out of stock? The item is STILL IN STOCK on their website?! Excuse after excuse and now waiting another week for the refund...

I bought a junior large shirt (age12-13) for my daughter (aged 12). It arrived promptly enough but the size is ok for an 8 year old. Because I had the shirt customised I cannot return it. Having spent £65 I expect better. My advice is to by 4 from ebay for the same money, at least you don't feel robbed.

I have made two orders in the last month(November 2020). Incredible service, on both occasions ordered in the afternoon, goods picked, packed and despatched that day. Both delivered the next day.

I ordered some expensive items last year, and it took a while to get the order sorted and sent.
This year it has been a much better experience. The item I order arrived within 4 days and was really well packed.

Liverpool has the worst customer service...
Liverpool has the worst customer service possible. Can’t alter an order even 5 seconds after it’s made so they make you wait 2 weeks until you receive the order to send it back for an exchange which takes 3 more weeks and you have to pay your own pricey international postage only for them to not do the exchange at all & I received the same exact Jersey in the mail 2 weeks later. All that time & money for nothing. So now a month & a half later i am nowhere near having my order corrected & they refuse to give me any sort of refund& want me to send it back again on my own dime. They said they might be able to reimburse me for the second shipping cost after the fact. Might. I don’t trust them at all. Absolutely terrible customer service. They should be fixing their mistake and making things right.

Waited a month for a £130 shirt (the vapor home kit with all badges, name and number) and it arrived with the club world cup badge not in the centre. Awful, had to pay my own money to send it back so now the shirt is £139..... Great.....Who knows when it will actually arrive again....awful service. You can clearly see from the picture I sent that the badge is off, so I paid to send it back for them to throw it away (my name on the back)? Ridiculous.

Preordered the kits - spent well over £200 - shouldn’t have bothered should have just went to the store or even better a sports shop, because they took a weeks after release date to be shipped.
Only good parts were they did keep me informed about stock and that there was a delay. And another good thing is Cos I’m a member I got 10% off but still bit disappointed that I preordered weeks before, and everyone was walking around in the kit - and my boys were confused why they didn’t have theirs even though I told them I preordered it.

Ordered 2 champion hoodies on August 6th said dispatched on August 17th w/c. A week later still not yet dispatched. Tried to contact them by email, but whenever I hit send it will just shown page error! Contact them through Instagram and twitter, no replies!!!!! What the heck I should do to get my order???? Pre-order kit NIGHTMARE!!!
Another pre-order kit nightmare. It's important to me to support this club, which this year meant queueing for over 3 hours to pre-order the new home kit online (which is NOT cheap, even for the 'stadium' version). I managed to get a 66-Alexander-Arnold shirt pre-ordered and almost a month later I still haven't received anything. All I've had are generic emails from LFC retail saying that 'due to covid-19 and high demand, we are behind on deliveries'. OF COURSE there would be high demand, that's to be expected. But why I am I able to go online and head to Sports Direct, Kitbag, JD Sports, Pro Direct Soccer etc (to name a few) who ALL have the new kit in stock and ready to deliver?!?!
My pre-order still says 'processing' and I have no idea if/when it will even arrive. The phone lines are now automated directing people to email instead, and I've had no responses to multiple emails which I've sent.
Someone from the LFC retail team needs to seriously address this and help out those who have had money taken from their accounts with no products yet being delivered. For such a great club, this arm of the business really, really lets the side down. As champions of England, you should be able to deal with basic demand for kit. I've seen other clubs' kits in the premier league being worn all over the place, with no issues around pre-orders or demand. Champions of England, with League One customer service.

I ordered a shirt, socks and shorts in their sale for my son's birthday. After two weeks the parcel arrived and we recieved a pair of socks and a shirt. The shorts were not sent but I did not receive a refund. I had to ring up (and wait on hold for 30 mins!) to ask for this.
The shirt did not have the personalisation or badge on it that I had ordered. (why did I have to wait 2 weeks for the order in this case?!) I wrote a complaint but received no response, instead I had to repeatedly ring up to try to sort it out. Customer service was helpful to a point, and advised I returned the shirt and put a cover letter in telling them to put the personalisation on it, so that it could be sent back to us. I did this. I have now been refunded everything except the postage and the socks! I have received no email or contact about my complaint and have been left with socks only despite very clearly stating repeatedly that we want the jersey!! My son is very upset and we will never order with them again. Avoid this company.
