Vaporesso Store Opiniones 

I could not recommend this website to any person I genuinely liked. I received multiple emails saying my package had shipped and then when I went to track it, it had three different shipping and departing movements with no location with said movement I emailed multiple times asking for an exact location so I knew where my package was and the email I got back was the same link I was sent the first time that did not have any location for the movements. Incredibly bad customer service.

Lo store ci mette piu' di un mese a spedire la merce e quando un cliente giustamente rifiuta la consegna perche' arrivata troppo in ritardo ci mettono altri mesi per rimborsare. State alla larga dallo store ufficiale, comprate i prodotti Vaporesso da Amazon, almeno si e' piu' tutelati.

I bought a vaporesso nano 5. It worked for a week and then quit charging and it wouldn't turn on. I contacted customer support and was told if I didn't buy it from their online store, I was on my own. I doubt I will ever buy Vaporesso again. I can't take the chance of wasting money on crap again.

I have a flawed vaporesso xros pro 2 and pods are becoming useless really really fast.
Contacted customer service and got a reply about a completely different product....
They only supplied a discount offer, but that will cost me more than buying something else here in the Netherlands.
Customer service is absolutely horrible.
DO NOT BUY ANY VAPORESSO PRODUCTS.
They will NOT help you to find a solution...

Parcels missing from the powershop community and the admin team from the uvcommunity have some of the worst customer service ive ever seen, posts hidden in competitions because you are winning but they only want people they know to win.

4months ive been in the dark and many others regarding missing parcels no email address will get a reply and no admins will respond to this.

Good store, nice prices. Fairly slow to deliver, but just order in time :)
