I needed a 10x15 unit The Manager Marie did not have that size So she rented me 2 small ones For the price of One.( Paid 1 protection plan for both units And 1 late fee for both units) This was fine for a year After a year She started charging me as 2 UNITS plus Double the late fees ( 90 a month. In late fees for both units) THERE was no agreement To pay for 2 separate units and fees whatsoever Her Answer was Always the Computer Does it!! After having someone look at her receipts She has been overcharging me Approximately 1,7000 I have notified corporate And when she found out She threatened putting my units up for auction And that I put her job on the line( the conversation was recorded)At this point I am looking to remove all my belongings from this Business I'm owed 1,7000 just in her added fees alone Their never was an agreement signed by me Being charged for two units when I only needed one Beware of added fees because You won't get anywhere Unless you contact BBB and consumer affairs
