I always get so many compliments on the items I purchase from Storeomg. They are well made, do not shrink after washing or drying and don't fade. Love them and plan on purchasing more. Great stuff.
I love this store
I love this store. They have quality items at reasonable prices, with great messages. The clothes I have purchased all have held their shape, washed well and dried well without shrinkage. Awesome place and great clothes. Love it.
Disastrous order.
Ordered sweatshirts months ago. Got them and loved them! This would have been full stars if my order I just started receiving was the same quality.
So after the great sweatshirt experience, in really early May, I decided to order masks and some t- shirts. A lot of money, but I just loved the previous sweatshirts so much, loved the Be Kind message, I treated myself!
One out of 4 t- shirts finally came yesterday on its own, June 25!
I had made two enquiries during the wait time, asking where my order was, both resulting in the same automated email stating it would be sent June 10, even after June 10.
So, I like the first t-shirt, size M, although a tad tight! I’m 140 lb, 5’5”, not overweight. Normally take M-L because I don’t like t-shirts tight.
Then the next day, June 26, the other 3 t-shirts arrived. From somewhere else. I had ordered one large ‘flowy tank’ and 2 medium t-shirts with cool messages. All 3 are Fruit of the Loom, unlike the first t- shirt which was a Gildan brand.
The Fruit of the Loom and are so tiny, they HAVE to be kids size, I can barely get them on. The labels say Ladies Large and Ladies Medium. But there’s no way these are adult sizes!!
Plus, they do not match up measurement-wise to what they put in their sizing chart!
It’s very aggravating.
I am so disappointed.
After sooo much time! I’ve been so excited to get these clothes.
Sent an email telling them about the size problem, and, guess what? Got the exact same email I got when I enquired about where my order was in May and June. An email saying my order will be shipped June 10!!!!
And also guess what??
Still no masks!!! I’ve been depending on getting these cloth masks for work to replace the disposable ones I’ve been using which are too hot. Now I’m scared what I’ll get, quality-wise. That’s if I even get them, seeing other reviews.
Maybe it’s a company where the left arm doesn’t know what the right arm is doing? Different quality coming from different places? The print on the Fruit of the Loom tank top I just received is definitely inferior compared to the Gildan t-shirt I got first, which is bold.
So sad. Spent sooo much money. Now I’m going to have to put the time in to get my money back or compensation or something! I can’t afford to be left with useless tiny kids clothes, that cost over $150! There has to be a way to get this right.

Received the masks. They are not only too small, so pull our ears forward (my ears and my teenage daughter), but they are completely unbreathable material. Failure all round, except for one t-shirt that was OK! But that 1 t-shirt cost me over $150, until I get some money back!

I ordered 3 items, all matching the 1st of May, an apron, a cup and a mask. The apron arrived on May 8, 2020. The cup arrivedMay 19, 2020 and I can not get the mask. I have dealt for 2 months with their "so-called Customer Support", it is by far the worse I have ever seen. The latest e-mail from them states it has been delivered which is false. I would stay away from the company, they do not support customers. Had I used a credit card, big mistake, I would have disputed the charge. Now I paid excessively and still do not have the mask.

They don’t tell you there is a no return or refund policy
I was excited when I saw this sweatshirt on line on Ellen DeGeneres. The colors on the graphic were super bright, high definition. When I received it, the graphics didn’t look like that at all and the size was too big. They don’t tell you there are no returns or refunds. I ordered a small (and it’s too big, and they don’t carry an XS, so I can’t exchange it). I wanted to return it. Instead, they shipped another one to me! I can’t wear either one.
