I found what I wanted online with this…
I found what I wanted online with this company, they are advertising a big sale on. Saw what I wanted at 12.99 a square metre, was about to order 56 metres and the price had doubled overnight and nothing written against the listing to suggest product was no longer in sale etc so rang, got a garbled excuse as to why the price was different, blaming different things, disappointed, really disappointed as had found ideal colour. They pointed me in the direction of another range with few colours, awful and not what I want. Very strange how price differed and especially listening to salesmen trying to make sense of price increase, deceiving and they didn't even offer to compromise. Lost faith completely in them

Hi Julianne,
Many thanks for the feedback. There was a website error that did for a short time show a product at completely the wrong price. The RRP was £35.99 and did show as £12 until spotted in audit and was then corrected. It was a product with a protected RRP from the manufacturer so we could not honour and I did ask my Sales team to direct you towards products closer to that price and your budget. Apologies for the poor explanation.

I ordered samples from the website and they were supposed to arrive within 2 days, but after a week they still haven’t arrived. Absolute nightmare.

Apologies they have not arrived yet. The bank holiday meant they did not leave us till Tuesday. Amazon tracking show they are on route. 1 star review for a free sample is harsh when it is on the way. Just called to discuss and happy to see what we can do for you to help. Would appreciate revision of score as its on the way and we would happily send out more for free should they not arrive.

Update. Samples have arrived, fab packaging, felt expensive. But disappointed didn't arrive on requested day, and while I left it a bit late to order, it definiteky feels too rushed to decide to take advantage of great sale price in 24hrs in which time I am sleeping and working lol. So going to wait for next sale drive.
