As a longbow archer, the Rose Robin ring stood out to me!! Matt custom made the rose robin in a narrower size so it fit my finger better, and I am so happy with the finished product! Absolutely gorgeous design, beautifully made, and the communication from Matt throughout was excellent. I highly recommend Storm Baker

I reached out to Matt on Jan 16th, not really knowing what size I would need and with additional questions about having a Paua ring, and how durable it would be. Matt was super quick and helpful at getting back to me.

Unfortunately when the ring arrived, my estimation of the sizing wasn't quite right, but Matt had it all under control, and was able to sort me out with a replacement, with plenty of time.

Tracey & Matt were AMAZING when we went in for our first consultation to design an engagement ring. A great selection of rings in store to help visualise what I wanted making the whole process was so smooth and easy. They communicated with my Fiancé from there and he raves about how great they were to work with. We then designed my wedding ring at a later date, they also had such a great selection of affordable men’s rings! Amazing service and quality - we will be back!

Coming in with zero knowledge to ring design, they patiently coached me to a better understanding of what was possible and that helped firm up what I wanted. They are very passionate about their field and that flowed through to my own excitement on the journey. They were considerate to budget and timeline, and exceeded expectations on both (you get far more with your money compared to store bought) . I appreciated the regular communication and updates on the process and the ring was made very quickly. They assisted with a simple resize with no fuss and the service has been top notch throughout. And most importantly, the design outcome and quality was amazing. A show piece item, very unique and stunning while maintaining classic features and elegance. My partner has been gawking at it ever since, and the friends gave a big thumbs up.

I loved Storm Bakers wide range of unique mens rings. Took me a while to chose the perfect one because they were all so gorgeous! I eventually settled on the midnight guardian ring and when it arrived I was delighted to see it was even more stunning in person.staff were very helpful and great at communicating with me. I’m not a jewellery person, however Storm Baker made the whole designing and selection process an absolute highlight of 2023! They were upfront and transparent and were giving us genuine suggestions, gave us cost options and didn’t try upsell a thing.
