Avoid !

If you're planning to work for this company you must remember. You work All bank holidays, no Christmas bonus, and overtime is paid at the normal rate. They say they want you to go above and beyond, but give nothing in return.
I was rushing to catch my bus when I overheard my manager say that "few minutes would kill him," despite me coming in early every day for few months.
On Easter bank holiday, not even a single chocolate egg for the workers. During the winter, it's freezing cold, and on hot days, it’s unbearably hot.

What Internet Shopping Should Be!

Normally order Lavazza A Mio Modo pods from Amazon….My first order from Stormbrew excellent website, more choice, ordered and delivered the next day, better price even with delivery, well packed,will be my go to supplier in future.

My first time of ordering and amazing. Email correspondence was so quick,order placed,and mailed straight away, received by royal mail. Will be ordering again, unfortunately out of stock at the moment. Highly recommend

Always Quick, Always Reliable

I order Stormbrew every month because I go through a lot of Dolce Gusto pods, and they’ve never let me down. What really impresses me is that every single time I place an order, I get a dispatch email within 2 hours and I’m not exaggerating. Their speed and reliability are incredible, and it gives me so much peace of mind knowing I’ll never run out of pods. The quality of the pods is always consistent, and the whole process is seamless from start to finish. I highly recommend Stormbrew to anyone who loves their coffee and wants a hassle free way to stock up, they’ll always be my go to company for Dolce Gusto pods.

Told my item was undeliverable then not heard what is happening

Following an order via Amazon I was informed that my item was undeliverable. I contacted the seller both directly and via Amazon. I was told the matter was being "investigated" and have heard nothing further from them. I asked for a refund, but nothing has happened. I am disappointed at the lack of customer engagement and information. My item couldn't be delivered; it should be a simple matter of refunding me. I shouldn't have to be kept waiting with no updates as to what is happening. I shall not be purchasing from Stormbrew again. Terrible customer service.

When we were informed that your parcel was undeliverable, we immediately began investigating with the courier to confirm whether it would still be delivered. In some cases, items marked as undeliverable do end up arriving, which is why we needed time to confirm the final status before proceeding.

You contacted us on Thursday, 08/05/2025, and we issued your refund on Monday, 12/05/2025.

We sincerely apologise for the delay and the lack of communication during this time. Your feedback is greatly appreciated and will help us improve our service.

Appalling Customer Service

I've been regularly ordering from Stormbrew since 2022 however when I went to place my latest order their website stated that the order can't be shipped to my address and wouldn't let me place the order.
When I contacted Stormbrew they said it was because they had started using Amazon Couriers instead of Royal Mail and told me to try place the order and they would change it to Royal Mail delivery.
I explained to them again that their website would not let me place the order but I've heard nothing more from them.
Luckily I've managed to find an alternative supplier that is cheaper!
Avoid Stormbrew and buy elsewhere!

descaling tablets

Purchased some descaling tablets for my coffee machine, the quality is terrible and they don't do the job there supposed to and leave loads of white flakes in the water, seller wasn't intrested and didn't offer any solution, very disappointed and would not use again

No response on job application

Applied to a job at Stormbrew a few months ago, seemed like it would be a great role. Received no acknowledgement or response whatsoever despite taking the time to apply. This does not seem professional at all. I think they should lead by example and at least tell applicants if they are unsuccessful. To hear nothing at all was disappointing.

Non Existent Customer Service

Got my order wrong. Despite 8 emails to Stormbrew
( all ignored ) this has still not been resolved. There is no contact number anywhere so you can't call.

So if your order is correct then you're okay. If it's incorrect then Good Luck because they won't respond.

They will probably respond to this review by saying they have no trace of my order or emails. Don't believe it.

Non existent Customer Service

Laughable and predictable reply.

Great coffee pod service

Good range of coffee pods available that are in boxes of 36 that I find better than being supplied in lesser numbers. The pods are well priced & delivery was on the date advised. Great service. Thank you. I will certainly use Storm brew again.
