I ordered an outfit on November 30th and it hadn't arrived yet. It just says enroute.

Never delivered but keep getting emails that it was delivered on multiple days I tried to contact and they told me it was delivered

This company is a scam. Don't purchase anything from them.

I was so excited to see a Snoopy Stanley cup so I ordered one for my daughter. After opening the package, I immediately noticed that the tumbler is NOT a Stanley tumbler. When they etch whatever design you are getting they also use the Stanley emblem and etch that as well. False advertisement and too difficult to return since it comes from China. So she is stuck with it.

Don't do business with this company! When they sent me a cup with blurry images and the wrong image on it they refused to accept a return. Instead they started with wanting to refund me 20% then upped it to 50%. This took over 15 emails to get to that point. Still no way to send it back. Horrible business practice.

I should have read the reviews before ordering. The tumbler I received was blurry and not from the Wicked movie. It actually had Cinderella on it. No less than 10 emails back and forth to them with a 50% refund. They wouldn’t let me return the item. Don’t waste your time and money

Don't waste your time or money.
I ordered a customized 40oz "Stanley" cup.
What I finally received was a cheap and nasty 40oz tumbler with vinyl wrap over it.
It wasn't even the correct print I ordered!
The item was poorly packaged also and evidently thrown around.
The tracking number supplied was useless.
Save yourself the stress and disappointment.

Terrible printing poor quality product & very bad customer service all make for a 0 rating. Great way to get rid of 100$

Terrible company and terrible products!! They also lie and advertise a Stanley cup and actually send a cheap, generic, crappy cup. They messed my order up on top of being shady. When I asked for a refund they argued with me FOR DAYS saying that I misunderstood what they sell. Ummm.. really? I should’ve known that they were scamming me?? They only gave a 30% refund and that’s after I fought and fought over email because of course they don’t provide a phone number. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID!!!!

FAKE!! Received a very obviously fake “Stanley” cup

Item is labeled as a Stanley brand tumbler and the tumbler is not Stanley brand. Lid was clear and not black. The Stanley logo as well as the name was not etched like the design and it don't look like it matches with the design.

My order got off to a rocky start, but was worth it in the end. My husband ordered me a Sleep Token Stanley style cup for my birthday, and while he received a confirmation email and the charge appeared on his card, he never received anything that looked like an official receipt. He didn't think much of it until the next day, when he tried to use his card and it was disabled. It seems that somehow the transaction set off fraud detection, and it took a visit to the bank to straighten it out. Additionally, when he used the link in the email to try and track the order, it took him to a subscription tracking app that he wasn't going to pay for. We were convinced he'd been scammed. However, when I went directly to the Stormmerch website and used their contact form with my order number, I got a reply within 24 hours. They followed up with tracking info a day or two after that, and my cup arrived today. It's exactly the one I wanted, it's beautifully personalized, and I'm planning to order one for my daughter so she won't swipe it. Additionally, I heard from Stormmerch again this evening to make sure my order was on track. I can see others have had issues, and I can't speak to that. But I'm happy with my gift, and hope consumer experiences with Stormmerch continue to improve.

The worst.
I was charged in my credit cards 4 times! I also didn’t receive a single order confirmation. Funny how they can’t find my order but they can figure out how to charge my card. Then say they have no record of it. I sent screen shots and still denying my order. Good thing I went through PayPal and I’ll just have them battle it.

Avoid this company at all costs! They have terrible business practices. I ordered something that never arrived. I reached out to them and was told to contact my local post office. At that point USPS told me it was being returned to sender. When I notified StormMerch to inform them it was on the way back to them and requested they send me a replacement (I still wanted the item), I was told that the item was now lost. They offered to send me a promo code for 50% off so I can reorder the item (which they made sure to tell me was “unprecedented”), which would mean I was paying 1.5x the original price for my original item. Why would I give them any more money? I was stupid enough to order from them once, but I’m not that stupid that I’d order from them again. I’m trying to save anyone else from being stupid in the first place and placing your first order. This company is a scam. I had to contact American Express to get my money back. Take my advice and buy your product somewhere else. Avoid StormMerch at all costs!

The Stanleys are not authentic they are fake unfortunately.

I ordered this item when the Halloween Stanley cup was sold out. It was not the same design but a Halloween motif that my granddaughter liked. On October 27th after waiting almost a month, I wrote them an email that I needed it by thr 29th. She received it the next day but it was not a Stanley cup as advertised. She was very disappointed. The tracking number did not work as well. I have asked for a full refund with no promise of return for false advertising that I sent today. Chines company. I was so trying to please my granddaughter that I did not do my due diligence in researching the company. Please learn from my negative experience.

BEWARE!! This company is only out to make money with fake cups! They say they are Stanley cups but when I received mine it is fake! I bought a cup with Snoopy all over it! In the pictures it was so cute but when I received it they are cut in half and doesn’t look like the one in the pictures on their website. The lid has chips out of it also. I asked for them to redo and i would return the one I received with them paying the return shipping!!!!!!!! I got no response!!
Disappointed to say the least!!!!
