Item arrived on time and fitted perfectly.

The glass size was exact and to the specification required for my wood burner
I had to contact the company as there was a delay over the 5 day period, but was reassured it was on way.
I hope I do not need to purchase again, however, if needed I would not hesitate to return to SGD.

Scammers. Sent me the glass with the wrong dimensions. Don't answer my massages and don't want to return the money. Avoid them if you don't want to lose your money.

Unfortunately my experience of this company has not been a good one. When we were looking for replacement glass we could have spent less money but we opted for stoveglassdirect because it has good reviews. This won’t be one of them. I would not use this company again or recommend them. The first piece of glass they sent me was the wrong size so after a phone call I had to pay again to get another piece of glass that was the right size and I sent the wrong one back within an hour of receiving it. After almost 3 weeks because they were not there when Royal Mail tried delivering it on 3 separate occasions I am still waiting for my refund. They are disputing the size?! If it was the right size I wouldn’t have needed to send it back. I found everyone I spoke to quite unprofessional and patronising and have had to raise a dispute with my credit card company to recover the £118 that I am owed. I wish I had gone down the cheaper route now and saved myself £47. The quality of the glass isn’t all that good either, it’s already formed a mark in the centre which my original piece of glass took about 6 years to form so my hopes of this one lasting even half that amount of time are slim. All this could have been easily resolved but it has been made stressful and unnecessarily difficult.

As it say’s made to measure and it did this is the second time we brought glass from this company and we are very pleased with our purchase’s
