Reliable company, always turn up on time, clean tidy work, friendly staff, they have done a few jobs for us now, new taps fitted, new boiler fitted, boiler service, always been pleased with finished jobs

Very good service, all from admin, booking a repair to the actual repair. Dan is a very competent gas engineer and identified the problem correctly and the repair was swift. No mess about. Boilers is working and behaving excellent. He follows up on what he says - which makes him unique in this industry. Highly recommend him.

We have used this firm for a number of years and always had excellent service. The latest was to have a bath removed and a new shower installed, together with two new towel rails. Dan and Joe attended. They did an excellent job and were neat and tidy at all times. Both were friendly and professional. Recommended.

Having recently moved home, I immediately found that my boiler wasn’t working correctly and the plumbing under the sink was far from satisfactory. I checked the Which? Trusted Trader website and found ST Plumbing and Heating fairly local to me. Over the past few weeks I’ve rung them 4 times and had 2 visits from an engineer. The first visit was to service the boiler and inspect the dodgy plumbing. Following a satisfactory quote to reconfigure and anchor the plumbing I booked the second visit. My thoughts about this company are all positive and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. They answer the phone promptly and do what they say they will do. The engineer arrived on time and was friendly, informative and efficient during both visits. He also worked in a clean and tidy way. I now have a boiler working as it should and professionally installed plumbing with good quality materials and fixings. I’m a happy customer.

Spoke to Claire in the office when I first rang she was very helpful. She arranged for Daniel to visit. He came and recognised the problem, Parts were ordered and fitted . Very efficient given it was just days before christmas .Couldn't fault them at all . Would highly recommend.

I have used them for several years now and have recommended them to friends & family. Our old radiator could not be replaced during first appointment, with the engineer explaining the whys and wherefores clearly. Second appointment promptly arranged, work carried out efficiently, and we now have a warm spare bedroom/office!

What a brilliant job this company did for me! Not only fitting me in a week earlier than my planned service. But the young gentleman who turned up to put my boiler right listened to my tale of woe. And by the time I finished said 'it's fine, I know what's wrong with your boiler!' And in no time had it sorted, along with my service, he was done and dusted with a smile!
