I ordered a Bioceramic Bracelet Case (AP x Swatch Royal Pop Ocho Negro) on 30 May. Status showed “On its way” from 22 Jun, but the Swiss Post tracking number provided does not exist in their system — no record of it at all. That means the item may never have actually been shipped, despite the order status saying otherwise.

No proactive communication, no resolution when the tracking failed to work. I’m now filing a chargeback with my bank and would think twice before ordering here.

The estimated delivery date was 07/31. It was delivered on 08/13. This strap is well worth the wait. The quality of the strap is far better than the others. I will order again from Strapmont. It’s a legit website.

⭐ Very Disappointing Experience – Be Careful

I placed my order with Strapmont on 6 July, and more than a month later, I still have not received my order.

Unfortunately, I have received no meaningful assistance in locating the shipment, arranging delivery, or refunding my money. I keep receiving general responses without any real solution.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering from Strapmont. Customers should be careful before placing an order, especially regarding shipping and after-sales support.

I am still waiting for either my order to be delivered or my money to be refunded.

Toen de Swatch Royal Pop werd aangekondigd waren we gelijk enthousiast. Alleen over één ding niet: het dragen als zakhorloge. Gelukkig waren er vrij vlot allerlei aanbieders van verschillende soorten bandjes. Een biokeramische schakelband maakte ons gelijk enthousiast, al kenden we Strapmont niet.

We hebben op 30 juni een bestelling geplaatst voor twee horlogebanden (voor Orenji Hachi en Otto Rosso). De verwachte levering stond gepland tussen 9 en 14 juli.

Helaas werden de bandjes niet geleverd op 14 juli. We hebben toen contact gezocht met de klantenservice en daar kregen we de reactie dat ze bandjes met prioriteit verzonden zouden worden.

Ondertussen lazen we allerlei negatieve recensies op deze website waardoor we bang waren dat we waren opgelicht.

Op 31 juli kregen we een verzendbevestiging. Wij dachten dat de bandjes via de Swiss Post verzonden zouden worden, maar kregen geen resultaten bij het invoeren van de verzendcode. Ook de website van Strapmont werkte niet.

Vandaag, 8 augustus, werden we aangenaam verrast door de levering van de bandjes door een voor ons onbekende verzenddienst (GOFO) met Nederlandse tekst. Onder de verzendlabel zat een sticker met daarop de oorspronkelijke verzendlabel met daarop de verzendcode zoals ook per mail was bevestigd. We hebben deze echter nooit kunnen tracken, wellicht dat een andere partij dan Swiss Post een deel van de verzending heeft gedaan. Van GOFO kregen we per mail een bevestiging van de levering, verder hebben wij niet eerder mail van ze gehad.

We zijn blij verrast dat de bandjes ook nog degelijk aanvoelen en er mooi uitzien. Er zit een tool bij om de schakels te verwijderen inclusief duidelijke instructies.

Al met al zijn we toch positief over Strapmont, ze hebben immers geleverd en we zijn tevreden over de kwaliteit.

Wij vermoeden dat Strapmont als dropshipper slecht zicht heeft over daadwerkelijke leveringen.

Voor wie heeft besteld, de bestelling kan maar zo nog komen..

Great quality strap with a perfect fit for my AP x Swatch Royal Pop. It looks even better in person, feels comfortable, and completely changes the look of the watch. Fast shipping and excellent service.

The strap is very well made. Fits the watch well. Although the delivery took quite a long time. Would’ve been better if the delivery was faster.

Terrible. I ordered a strap and then was told they do not have that product in style that is in the photo. I spent time on Instgram messaging them confirming they had the rose gold version I wanted before ordering. I also wanted to confirm it could come in one week, they told me they would expedite my order as well, which was not true. I went ahead and ordered and then was told they don’t have that and they will help me find something similar.

Do not waste your time ordering these.

Update-Aug 15th- I kept being told my item would be “expedited” and would be sent out in 1-2 days. Finally I requested a refund, multiple times, i did not get one. Finally they emailed me that since my order has been shipped out they cannot help me with a refund.(I asked for a refund for 5 days prior to them sending me an invalid tracking) The tracking they sent me is only a label created, not an actual tracking. They said they would be happy to help me with a refund once I receive the item since it has been shipped out now.
Also I was accused of “defamation” and asked to remove my review. I said I would not and people need to know. He told me on Instgram how can I review a product I haven’t gotten. I told him I reviewed my experience which has not resulted in any product and I would gladly update my review if I ever received a product. I have to date not gotten a refund or watch strap. I was told for weeks that it would be “expedited and shipped out in 1-2 days”

Editing my previous review because since I got in contact with them they were prompt to resolve my issue.

As others have said here, the wait time is a bit long but I believe it’s because they have a high volume of orders.

Very high end quality bracelets bioceramic for the royal pop and good customer service always here to help. It has a high end finish that normally watches have that cost way more. Shipping for my first order was a bit slow but the second one was very fast. The royal pop is very good protected. Overall I can recommend this company.

I bought the green rubber bioceramic strap for my Royal Green Eight. The delivery took longer than I expected, so I'll be honest, I got a little impatient waiting for it. But once it arrived it was worth it.
The fit is really good. It slots into the case cleanly and sits nice and snug against the bioceramic. No gaps, no wiggle, nothing loose at all. It honestly feels like it was made for this case, which isn't always a given with aftermarket parts.
The color combines really well and matches the watch almost perfectly. Looks really good on it and keeps everything looking cohesive without changing the character of the piece. The rubber itself feels soft but sturdy, good quality and not cheap at all.
Overall I'm really happy I picked this up. It took a bit longer than I would have liked, but the quality more than made up for it. Might order a steel bracelet aswell.

Ich habe das perfekte Armband für eine Royal Pop gefunden! Es ist aus Kautschuk und einfach perfekt! Das Produkt selbst war einfach nur mega! Das Material ist so angenehm zu tragen und das Design so professionell, ich bin wirklich top zufrieden!
Und das Beste daran: Wenn man den Betreiber über Instagram kontaktiert, erhält man sofort eine Antwort. So konnte ich eine Expresszustellung wünschen und das Produkt wurde in weniger als 24 Stunden bei mir geliefert – einfach klasse!

placed my order five weeks ago. To be fair, the company has remained responsive on Instagram throughout, but the overall customer journey has been a nightmare despite their attempts to resolve the situation.
For the first couple of weeks, I was repeatedly told that my order was “processing”, that tracking would be shared “tomorrow”, and similar explanations. This went on for around 15 days without the order actually being shipped.
Eventually, I requested a refund several times. Each time, there seemed to be a reason why the refund could not be processed, usually because the order was still “processing”.
After becoming increasingly frustrated, I told them I was considering reporting the company. At the same time, they repeatedly asked me to remove my review, particularly because I had speculated that the products might be manufactured in China and that they appeared to have started selling before having sufficient stock available. They responded through they customer service by mentioning “defamation”. I did double down on my statement.
Eventually, they paid for DHL Express to ship my two straps.
The latest surprise (which was not really): the parcel has been shipped from Hong Kong and is now held at customs, meaning I may have to pay import taxes/duties before I can even receive the products.
Five weeks after ordering, I therefore still cannot comment on the actual quality of the straps — which is ultimately what I wanted to review in the first place. If and when I receive the parcel, I will come back and update this review regarding the product itself.
Everything stated above regarding my experience can be supported by screenshots and correspondence if required.
Would I recommend ordering today? Based on my experience, no. However, I also want to be objective: if the issue is simply that they are currently waiting for stock from their supplier and they eventually hold inventory locally/in bulk, fulfilment may become significantly faster for future customers.
For now, though, my personal experience has been frustrating, unnecessarily complicated and disappointing.

I ordered a strap for the AP / Swatch on May 25 and it has been almost 8 weeks without a delivery. They will not let me cancel the order because a postal label was created (one month ago). Beware as I am sure this watch strap will never arrive
