Max is absolutely amazing with being able to explain things in an easy to understand way! He always got back to me super quickly with any questions I had and he’s been an unreal coach for the time I spent working with him!
Working with Max has been great. Having someone that I trust knows what they’re doing has made me able to really push hard to reach my goals. Max always helps me out when I need and I enjoy working with him. I’ve made a lot of progress with Stratos and I’m very excited to see how far I can go
Stratos changed the game completely for me. From the structure to the support it helped me become more confident in actually being able to make a change with my body. Prior to stratos I was really lost and confused I wasn’t sure what I was doing right or wrong. But with Max’s help everything changed. I was able to become much more intentional with every part of my training and nutrition understanding the little things that made big differences.
Coming off being laid off from my last job, I had to make a hard decision to halt all things that I did in my daily life. One of these were my training. When I finally got back to working and wanted to pick up from where I left off, I knew Max was the right person to contact 🤝🏽
The inclusion of the app has been amazing, logging and tracking all things to do with training has never been more satisfying. Meal and training plans have been a treat and coach to client communication has never been better.

Stratos fitness is the reason I am where I with my fitness. Before Stratos fitness, I was unmotivated, not seeing any results and didn’t know what I needed to change or how to start. The Stratos app has helped me feel organised, motivated and proud when I see myself achieve my nutrition goals and fitness goals. If you need help to stay focused, organised and disaplined, Stratos Fitness will not disappoint.
Max’s service is A1. Not only the personalised nutrition plan and the training but he’s always quick to respond to any questions and can work with you to make adjustments that fit your goals. Always a pleasure working with him, highly recommend.
