Having purchased an Ozone mastering course for the "greatly reduced" price of $62, it turned out to be an older version of the program: version 10 - which was already out of date by a couple of years at the time of sale. Yet, no clear indication was made of this anomaly at the point of purchase. I emailed Streaky with a polite request for it to be upgraded to the (then) current version: Ozone 11 - which I had already owned for some time by then. I received no reply from Streaky (though he continued to send me more marketing and promo items via the same email address). On later looking back over the various emails he had sent since my purchase, I then discovered one I'd missed, stating he would like to give me a newer version of the course: on the basis that I merely write a course appraisal. Amounting to a contract, this offer had no date limit and I duly complied*, trusting he too would comply with his own contractual part of the offer. Yet again, though, I received no reply and no updated version (*despite having supplied him with a positive, professional write-up). I now also note he is offering a course version of Ozone 12 at the same discounted price. Yet he has consistently ignored my requests for access to a version of Ozone 11, which is my consumer right - said version being current at the time I made my purchase. Not only disrespectful, then, but potentially in contravention of digital trading standards under deceptive trading protocols - not to mention failing to fulfil his side of a written email contract, pitched on his own terms. As an individual with some experience in this area, on principal alone, I intend to rigorously pursue issues around legality that "Sneaky's" nonchalant, indifferent attitude has brought to fruition. A shame that such an otherwise worthy professional would behave so disreputably. But I see I'm not alone in this respect.

Every music company should aspire to have Customer Support this good. I had questions, and because I'm in the USA, I would send my question that night, and would have a response early the next day that had either links I needed, or info to clarify an issue. The responses were either from Streaky (name still makes me smile because I grew up in the 70s), or from Chloe, and both of whom were kind and informative. "If you send a question, you will get a response within 24 hrs". Companies say this, but Streaky does it. Impressive.

When you buy a product they tell you you have 14 days guarantee and when you contact them to refund they tell you the window is only is only 7 days. This is not honest at all. The course goes a bit fast and sometimes you have to guess. You need also to have some plugins to benefit from the course.

Plugins are good … but … they recently changed to streaky academy and all the Plugins I bought no longer show as being purchased and i’m trying to set my studio up on a new pc. Very poor!!

I made a couple of masters with Streaky and have bought almost all of his courses, just saving up to get the Complete Mastering System now. Honestly, they’re worth every penny. I’ve learned so much from them. Highly recommend all his content and courses.

I want to access my account so I can get the keys for the plug ins I've bought, when I email customer service its like emailing a void.

If you don't reply Im gonna ask you on every one of your videos until its sorted

If youve bought courses or presets previously then theres nothing new in there, just some bits from the free social media accounts.

Cancelled the subscription and they just took the next months payment anyway.

Sent an email to "Support" got told theres no refunds then ignored.

Marketing says contains template compatible with all major DAWS. Not true. One of the fundamental parts of the template does not exist in Ableton. Streaky actually says within the course that his template is compatible with Ableton. It isn’t.

Messaged streaky I have a question re the course. Several days later he replied “fire away.” I sent the question re the template incompatibility - got
no reply,

More interested in volume of sales than customer service.

The course materials are probably worth 3.5 stars in themselves. But I imagine people would have lots of questions. Especially if mixing anything other than electronic music.

I haven’t bothered asking for a refund. But I did get another course from someone else.

Just finished Streaky's mixing course and this is by far the best course I have ever taken

I paid for a mixing course from this company, only because they offered a 100% money back guarantee if I wasn't pleased with the course.
The course wasn't what I was looking for so I asked for a refund. Its now 4 weeks since I have tried to contact this company and still no response from them.
